Lighting process and installation process:
Choose an underground lamp with a chamfered cover, and seal the edges of the lamp with waterproof glue or glass glue after installation.
Standard installation, using embedded parts. The hard paving opening is slightly larger than the diameter of the lamp body but smaller than the outer diameter of the steel ring.
1) In the process of sample delivery, the waterproof level of the lamps must be checked to ensure that the waterproof level is above IP67 (method: put the buried lamp into the water basin, the glass surface is about 5cm away from the water surface, and the test run is 48 hours after power on, and the operation is turned on and off every two hours during the period. About six times, check the waterproof condition in the heated and cooled state).
2) The sealing of the wire connection should be done well: Generally, the wiring port of the buried lamp has a special sealing rubber ring and a stainless steel fastener. First, pass the cable through the rubber ring, and then tighten the stainless steel fastener until the wire cannot be pulled out of the sealing rubber ring. A waterproof junction box must be used when connecting the wire and the lead. After the wiring is completed, the edge of the junction box should be sealed with glue or filled with wax inside.
3) Do a good job of underground water seepage treatment during construction. For the buried lights arranged in the lawn area, trapezoidal column embedded parts with a small upper opening and a large lower opening should be used, and barrel-shaped embedded parts should be used for hard areas. Make a permeable layer of gravel and sand under each buried lamp.
4) Open the cover after the buried lamp is installed, cover the lamp after lighting for half an hour, keep the inner cavity of the lamp in a certain vacuum state, and use the outdoor atmospheric pressure to compress the sealing ring of the lamp cover.
