The problem and discussion of COB strip surface light source as LED day off lamp

Recently, LED fluorescent lamp manufacturers have provided me with a number of LED fluorescent lamp samples. The characteristics of this sample are: the low-attenuation straw hat white LED that is negated by the LED fluorescent lamp industry, or the relatively expensive 3528, which is used in this sample. It is a COB strip surface light source.

The process characteristics are as follows:

1. A plurality of bowls are arranged on the aluminum substrate module;

2. Solid crystal and gold wire in the cup;

3. Fixing a number of aluminum substrate (light source) modules in the heat dissipation aluminum slot, and welding between different modules to form a good string and link;

4. Glue the chip and gold wire in the heat-dissipating aluminum tank to protect the internal connection and glue baking;

5. Potting the fluorescent glue on the transparent glue layer and baking.

6. Install a strip light source capable of emitting white light in an aluminum slot of the LED fluorescent lamp housing;

7, supporting power supply, plugs and other accessories to form LED fluorescent lamps.

main problem:

First, the strip light source has uneven spot, and there are certain yellow spots on both sides;

Second, the brightness is insufficient, the measured 11W, the lumen value is less than 600LM;

Third, the most critical problem is: when lighting, the sample can respond quickly and consistently. When the switch is off, the speed of the light source module inside the sample is inconsistent, and the inconsistency is quite obvious. This phenomenon reflects the lack of consistency between the internal modules, which makes the LED fluorescent lamp have a crisis of electrical failure.
