Why the LED Outdoor Landscape Light does not work ?

In the lighting project, the lamps have their service life. In many cases, LED lamps do not light up because of some reasons. The following are the reasons why the LED Outdoor Lighting does not light up.

1.Electrostatic damage to LED chip
Basically, all electronic components will be damaged by static electricity, so it is very important to prevent damage to electronic components caused by static electricity, as is the case with LED lamps. In particular, the requirements for grounding wire and grounding resistance generally require that the grounding resistance should be 4 Ω, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 2 Ω in some occasions with high requirements.

In addition, the lead wire of LED lamps should be no less than 3-5 mm from the gel for bending and welding. If this is not standardized, it will also cause damage to the lamps. Too high temperature in the welding process will also affect the chip, resulting in bad chip characteristics, low luminous efficiency and even light failure.

2.Rust of metal components caused by too thin silver coating and high humidity
In some specific seasons and cities, due to the high air humidity, it is easy to rust the internal metal components, and it is easy to cause the lamps not to light up after a long time. In addition, LED internal components are generally encapsulated and silver coated to prevent oxidation and rust. However, too thin silver coating will also lead to weak adhesion, separation of solder joints from the support, resulting in the phenomenon that the LED Landscape Light is not bright.


3.Incomplete production process
The lamps are made of materials with relatively low cost, which will reduce the service life of lamps. In addition, the production process is not perfect, which causes the lamp not to light up.
