LED floodlights in die-cast aluminium

The main features of LED floodlights are as follows:
1. The shell and module of the LED floodlight are made of die-cast aluminum (ADC12) to ensure the safety of the LED floodlight (anti-typhoon level 12), and the anti-collision level of the LED floodlight reaches IK10.
 2. The color of the LED floodlight body shell can be selected: black, white, silver.
 3. Modular design of LED floodlights, LED floodlight radiator adopts high-conductivity aviation aluminum material to provide sufficient heat dissipation area for LED floodlights, so that the temperature rise of LED floodlights is not higher than 30 ℃.
4. The silicone sealing ring of the LED floodlight is formed by die-casting of Dow Corning raw materials, so that the LED floodlight module radiator and the lens are perfectly combined, and the waterproof level of the LED floodlight lamp can reach IP67.
5. LED floodlight optical lens: LED floodlight has high optical precision design requirements, LED floodlight adopts German Bayer PC raw material (anti-ultraviolet), and LED floodlight will not change color after 10 years of use. There are 7 lighting angles for LED floodlights to choose from: 25°-40°-80°-120° (transparent cover-frosted cover)-30*70°-70*140°-polarized 40° and other angles can be selected , LED floodlights meet professional light distribution, and LED floodlights are suitable for different occasions.
6. The LED floodlight adopts OSRAM LED light source, the light efficiency of the LED floodlight is more than 130LM/W, the color saturation of the LED floodlight is good, the color rendering index of the LED floodlight is Ra≥80, and the service life of the LED floodlight is longer than 60,000 hours.
7. LED floodlight installation method: LED floodlights can be hoisted, wall mounted, or installed on the ground. Both sides of the LED floodlight stand are equipped with an automatic adjustment device for the angle of the lamp, which does not require any tools to adjust the angle. Each adjustment of the LED floodlight is 15 degrees, and the LED floodlight can be adjusted to a maximum of 180 degrees.
8. LED floodlight quality assurance: 5 years, LED floodlight products have obtained TUV, CE, CB, FCC, SAA, PSE, IK08, IP66.
