What should be paid attention to when installing LED underwater lights?

LED underwater light is used under water and need to bear certain pressure, so they are generally made of stainless steel materials, 8-10MM tempered glass, high-quality waterproof joints, silicone rubber seals, arc multi angle refraction strengthened glass, waterproof, dust-proof, anti leakage and corrosion resistant. Because of its good decoration, it is widely used in various landscape lighting systems.

Remind everyone to pay attention to some problems in the installation of LED underwater lights.
1. Take anti-static measures.
Anti static measures are taken during the production and installation of LED Underwater Light products. The air humidity of the anti-static ion fan during installation is about 65% to prevent the air from being too dry and generating static electricity. In addition, the anti-static capacity of LED with different quality levels is also different, while the anti-static capacity of high-quality LED underwater lamps is stronger.

2. LED Underwater Light shall be powered by DC constant current power supply.
Under the control of constant current power supply, with the increase of LED chip temperature, the forward voltage drop of LED underwater lamp will decrease. Light has little effect. However, if it is driven by constant voltage, the current of LED underwater lamp chip will increase with the increase of temperature. In serious cases, it may even burn LED underwater lights. Therefore, LED underwater lamps shall be powered by DC constant current power supply.

No matter what kind of LED lighting products, as long as they are used outdoors, they are faced with the problem of moisture-proof and sealing. Improper handling of sealing problems will directly affect the service life of LED underwater lighting products.
